Maintaining Job and Store Cards

You can edit the details of any job material line on the Job Card Completion screen where the Type field shows Excess, Offcut, Seconds or Waste. If the Type field shows Prime, you can only edit the line if the Prime button was used to allocate materials; you cannot edit the line if the All button was used.

To edit a job line:

1. Open the Job Card Completion screen for the job card to be completed.

2. Select the line you want to edit and press Enter, or double click on the line.

Micronet displays the allocation screen for the item.

3. Refer to the appropriate topic depending on the screen displayed:

• Prime From Coil - refer to "Allocating from Coil Stock - Prime"
• Prime From Offcut - refer to "Allocating from Offcuts"
• Prime From Stock - refer to "Allocating from Stock"
• Offcut Units - refer to "Entering Offcut Dimensions"
• Excess From Coil - refer to "Allocating to Excess Stock"
• Seconds From Coil - refer to "Allocating to Seconds"
• Offcut From Coil - refer to "Allocating to Offcuts"
• Waste From Coil - refer to "Allocating to Waste"
• Store All From Stock or Store Prime From Stock - refer to "Completing Stores Stock Allocation"
